[Optimizations and Adjustments]

1. Added a collapse function for the icons on the left side of the main city interface.
2. Optimized the color of the Peace Mode shield.
3. Castle appearances (Splendid Dream Manor, Coiled Dragon Golden Pavilion, Phantom Blade, Sacred Core Castle) are now upgradeable.
4. In the No. 1 Mine area, the event crystal piles have been adjusted from 3 to 1, with each allowing 3 collections.
